Leticia Figueroa was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico in 1964.

His first artistic influence came from his father, Pedro Figueroa, born cartoonist.

Lety initial studies in oil painting began in 1980 in the House

Culture in the Visual Arts Center, with the teacher Victor Martinez.

At 18, he continued his studies at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, the

Career in Graphic Design, where she took a taste for painting in watercolor.

In 1983 work at the House of Culture, as head of the department of Graphic Design.

In 1991 he continued his studies of enamel, is a technique for the ceramic industry which

process is based primarily on the application, merger, or nail varnish

colored vitreous surfaces metal. The most important thing for baking

Enamel is the oven to glaze it must reach a temperature of about

500 º C. to 900 º C. this was in the Study of Country Club, with Carlos

Sánchez. In 1997 following his studies in painting with Fernando Gonzalez and

since 1998 after the teacher Fernando Calvillo with which different learning

techniques and materials (watercolor and oil where it starts to experiment with pasta, gesso,

grease, etc..) where he began to paint full time.

In 2006 he continued his studies with Master Academic Classicism Andries Veerman,

where he also painted landscapes outdoors.

Among its activities promoting arts education and therapy through the workshop

paint "a grain of sand", with children with different capabilities, which is a German

tour and see the artistic growth satisfaction and morale of this group of children.

In 2009 and 2010 gives effect to painting and drawing for children in the study "File."

Peace, freedom and solitude are the sentiments that inspire me to paint.
